Orders, pricing, and payment

- By placing an order you authorize us, through our payment processors, to charge the applicable amount, including taxes and shipping disclosed at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through us and our third-party suppliers and shipping partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZO Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
